The 1855610000 (WTR 2.5) modular testing terminal with signal marshalling enables an extremely compact yet clear panel design. The additional signals for automation can be easily connected and processed.
Adding a test point or a disconnected element to the feed through the terminal for testing and safety purposes is a great idea. Weidmuller has designed test disconnect terminals where you can measure electric circuits in the absence of voltage. While the disconnecting points' clearance and creepage distance is not assessed in dimensional terms, the specified rated impulse voltage strength must be proven.
