Delivery Policy

We know that you don't want to wait days for your order to arrive. That's why we send every order within the UK Mainland using our own vehicles or via courier.
What's more, any order that we receive before 2pm we will aim to deliver the next working day, subject to stock.
We keep a large stock of components, but should we not have your item we can arrange deliveries direct from our suppliers.
At the time of placing your order you will receive an Order Acknowledgement via email advising an estimate delivery date.

International deliveries are not currently available online, please contact the office on 0345 0306080 for a quotation.

How will my parcel be sent UK mainland?

Standard postage cost is £9.50 but is dependent on the weight and size of your order. Multiple orders or large items will be sent using a courier. Please contact us if you require more information.
We reserve the right to choose the method of transport, to charge for deliveries outside of our vans delivery area and to charge you for any manufacturer’s carriage charges for special items.

I haven't received my parcel, what should I do?

Contact us on 0345 0606080 - we will do anything we can to help.
Time for delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract unless agreed in writing previously. Any dates or times quoted for delivery are approximate only as we are subject to the suppliers delivery promises which are passed on to you in good faith.

Returns, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Should you wish to return any item, please contact us first by telephone or email – see our Contact page.

We may, at our sole discretion, chose to allow you to cancel or modify an order, or to return any goods after they have been delivered

Unwanted Goods

You may not return unwanted items without our prior written consent.
If we give our prior written consent to you returning unwanted goods, please return such goods unused and in original packaging in perfect condition for resale within 14 days of receipt. We recommend obtaining proof of postage. On receipt of the returned goods, when calculating the amount to be refunded, we may choose at our discretion to deduct from the original sums any handling or restocking charge and any other associated costs of the invoice value of the goods.

Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs when returning unwanted goods.

Faulty Goods

If any of the goods are found to be faulty you must notify us in writing of the defect within 3 days of delivery then we will either refund the cost amount in full or send you a replacement free of charge (subject to the relevant conditions of our warranty as set out in our terms and conditions: www.cca.co.uk/Online_Terms_and_Conditions

Exchanging goods

If you would like to exchange any items please contact us and we may be able to accommodate your request. Please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of sending the unwanted item back to us and also the shipping costs for sending out the exchange item.

Changing or cancelling an order

You may not change or cancel your order without our prior written consent.
If you would like to amend your order and the order has not been dispatched we will normally be able to take payment of the extra items and send all items out together. If your order has already been dispatched we cannot add anymore items and you will be required to place an additional order.
If we consent to you cancelling an order, you shall continue to be liable to us for our costs associated with handling the order, which shall be assessed by us at our sole discretion.

Will any return costs be refunded?

If you return something because of an error on our part or because it's damaged or defective, we will refund any charges incurred in returning the item to us subject to inspection of the items being damaged, defective or in the event we find no fault by refunding your return postage costs (up to 2nd class postage only).

My payment card has changed/expired. How will I receive my refund?

We process all refunds to the original card used when you placed your order. If your card has expired we will send a BACS payment to cover any refund costs.

When will I receive my refund?

We action all refunds within 14 days and it can take up to a further 3 working days for the refund to show on your card.
