Internal Sales Executive
Norwich

As CCA continues to grow, we are looking to strengthen our team and recruit Internal Sales Executives to support the ambitious plans in our expanding team in Norwich. This is an exceptional opportunity to become part of a dynamic local business and contribute to our specialised internal sales team.

The successful candidate will be pivotal in providing exceptional customer service, offering expert product advice, processing orders accurately, and generating customized quotations. While previous experience in the industrial control and automation industry is advantageous, it is not strictly required.


 

The Company:

  • Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm.
  • 23 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
  • A loyal and stable business with a great team based in Norwich.

 

The Job – Internal Sales Executive:

  • Manage customer enquiries both over the phone and via email.
  • Process sales orders.
  • Produce product quotations.
  • Update CRM and stock systems
  • Follow up on outstanding quotations.
  • Maintain excellent relations with existing customers, continuously managing the account and identifying potential areas of growth.
  • Liaise with suppliers and third parties.
  • Support colleagues and the wider business.
  • Day to day administration.
  • Account manage a set of customers

 

The Individual – Internal Sales Executive:

  • Previous experience within the electrical/automation/technical sector beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A strong team player.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Committed and hardworking attitude.
